The Ask
Amplify Experian's New to Credit initiative by engaging individuals who are unscorable or credit-invisible—especially Gen Z—in a relatable and approachable manner.


The Approach
We created a trivia game aimed at Gen Z to teach the fundamentals of credit. Each question focused on important lessons, like how utility bills and parents' financial choices can influence credit. Correct answers filled the screen with blue building blocks, while incorrect answers appeared as red blocks. A mostly blue screen at the end signaled strong credit knowledge, while red suggested areas for improvement.

The mobile-first, gamified approach drove strong engagement: 83% of users accessed the content on mobile, and it was 2.5x more likely to be viewed by 18- to 20-year-olds.
